No labs are required to begin. We start with a detailed intake that identifies patterns of dysregulation and hormonal imbalance without needing bloodwork. That said, we will review any you have and optional functional testing is available for clients who want deeper insights or wish to layer in lab data as part of their protocol.
Sync to Release™ was developed by a Naturopathic Doctor who personally struggled with 35 lbs of hormonal weight gain, burnout, cystic acne, and debilitating fatigue. After trying everything conventional—including calorie tracking and intense exercise—she dove deep into functional medicine, clinical nutrition, advanced body composition, female physiology, and sports nutrition.
What started as a personal protocol evolved into a proven system—first used to coach women in CrossFit gyms, and eventually brought online in 2019. Since then, it’s helped over 3,000 women release weight, rebalance hormones, and reclaim their energy.
